    Paw Paw - Bowling at their home Rainbow Lanes, the Paw Paw boys lost a close match to Three Rivers, 17-13, on Monday.  Michael Hiestand rolled top game for his team with a 180, followed by Peyton Long with 177. This was the boys second loss in Wolverine Conference play; they stand 8-2 overall on the season. Sierra Dooley was on top of her game with a team-leading 187 in a 22-8 win over the Lady Wildcats.  Emily Vanderburg was close behind with a 176 line. The girls are still undefeated in both leagues so far with a perfect 10-0 mark.
    On Saturday, both teams defeated their Gull Lake opponents in SWMHSB league play. The boys fell behind the Blue Devils, 10-0, but came back strong for an 18-12 victory.
    Ethan Vanderslik led the boys team with a 219 game, with help from Michael Hiestand and Zach Dooley with games of 210 and 207, respectively.
    Emily Vanderburg had the hot hand for the girls, recording a 192 line in the 24.5-5.5 Lady Redskin triumph. Taryn Welling added a 144 game, and Sierra Dooley,  139.
    At Snowden’s Sunset Lanes in Otsego last Wednesday, Redskin bowlers took on the Bulldogs and emerged with two more wins to add to what has so far been an impressive season for both squads.
    The girls claimed a 22.5-7.5 victory led by Vanderburg (169), Aleah Watson (147), and Dooley (136). Vanderslick was the top scorer for the boys with a 196 line in their 25-5 win over the Bulldogs. Zach Dooley contributed a 165, and Long rolled a 159.
