GOBLES - Gobles Elementary School students will present a Veteran’s Day program to honor area veterans on Friday, Nov. 10, at 9 a.m. at Gobles Public Schools’ Middle School gymnasium.
The public is invited to attend.

GOBLES - The United States Postal Service this week recognized six carriers at the Gobles Post Office for their outstanding safe driving records.
The six carriers have a combined 106 years of safe driving, according to Gobles Postmaster Beth Bohannon.
GOBLES - Friends of the family of Derek Jackson, of Gobles, who died unexpectedly on July 4, are hosting a fundraiser at Klassic Arcade 2.0 in downtown Gobles July 19 from 5 to 9 p.m. All proceeds from the event will go to the Jackson family to help with expenses.
SILVER CREEK TWP. - A 28-year-old Gobles man was killed late Tuesday afternoon, July 4, when he was thrown off of his personal water craft (PWC) after hitting a wave, and struck by it after he landed in the water, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
