Lawrence public meetings to be held via WebEx

   LAWRENCE - Pursuant to the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” executive order issued by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Monday, Lawrence Village President David Quick canceled all committee meetings under the village for April; however, the Lawrence Village Council will meet for its regular meeting via WebEx on Tuesday, April 14, at 7 p.m.
   Quick said it will be an Online meeting using Cisco’s Webex Meeting website. The website is free and individuals  do not need to sign up for an account to use it.
   Interested individuals may  join the meeting through a variety of means: downloading the Cisco Webex Meetings app, clicking on the website, or by calling in to the phone number listed below.
   When it’s time to join the Webex meeting, the following information will be needed by individuals :
   Meeting number - (access code): 628 755 453;
   Meeting password - CouncilApril2020;
   Join by computer - Go to: and click Join in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
   Join by phone - Tap to call in from a mobile device (attendees only) +1-408-418-9388 United States Toll Global call-in numbers
   Join from a video system or application -
   Individuals can also dial 173-243-2.68 and enter the meeting number.
   Join using Microsoft Lync or Microsoft Skype for Business - Dial
   Quick reminded village businesses and residents that if they are experiencing a water or sewer emergency outside of normal village business hours, contact the Village of Lawrence Department of Public Works at (269) 312-4040.
