Dear readers, advertisers, and customers...

Our lobby is closed, but you may contact us–we will be publishing

Dear readers, advertisers, and customers -
This morning, we woke up under the Governor's "Shelter at Home" order. Her goal, as should be all of ours, is to curtail the spread of the coronavirus and maintain the health and well-being of everyone.  Most of us had been practicing the prescribed social distancing already. We were greatly impressed by how so many in our community reached out to each other last week, and we were proud that our publications could be vehicles for you in this mission.
Under this new executive order, communications and news operations are allowed to remain "open."  We had already planned to be here for you in any way we can, and will be publishing The Courier-Leader and Paw Paw Flashes as usual this week.  How can we help you keep in touch?
You may now be working from home, limiting your connections to phone and e-mail contacts, or offering new services, such as delivery, to accommodate customers who are also centered in their homes.  You may have important information to share that could help others get through their struggles a bit easier.  The Flashes will be delivered directly to more than 16,000 homes across eastern Van Buren County, as it is every week.  Let us connect you to those households, and keep our community working together until we get to the other side of this critical situation.
For the health and safety of our staff and customers, our VineyardMedia office will be closed to walk-in traffic until further notice.
But, we are still very much open for business and available:
        By phone: (269) 657-3072 or 657-5080
By e-mail:   (Candace Streich, customer service)
(Erryn Lawrence, billing and legal notices)
                (Robin Griffin, The Courier-Leader)
                (Paul Garrod, The Courier-Leader)
        By fax:  (269) 657-5723
For advertising assistance, contact your regular salesperson:
        Ashley Moore -
                (269) 760-5075
        Steve Racette -
                (269) 806-3446
Our job has always been to support our local businesses; and we will continue to do just that to the best of our ability, now and when this crisis has passed.
Please observe the precautions advised by the Center for Disease Control and Governor Whitmer. This is the simplest thing we can all do to take care of ourselves and each another.
