PAW PAW - Noting that it had not seen an increase in many years, Monday night, the Paw Paw Township Board approved an increase in the Land Division fee, from $125 to $150, and to charge a  New Land Combination Application fee of $50.
The board also approved the purchase of one computer and four  laptop  computers for clerks’ office and running elections, for $2,160 and $2,000, respectively.
The board also accepted a bid of $60,400  from Pitsch Companies for the demolition of the former Van Buren Motor Supply building, located adjacent to the Paw Paw Township building.
The township bought the  property citing the need for additional parking.
