YOGA LAUGHTER! - That’s Hilarious!
Laughter has been proven to be beneficial for the body and mind in many ways, and its fun! Dr. Madan Kataria M.D. and his wife, Madhuri started their first Yoga Laughter club in 1995 and now it has spread to 106 countries worldwide. Our exercise and cardio drumming instructor, Sandy Rose is now a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
