Eudora Danoski

Eudora “Dodie” Danoski, formerly of Kalamazoo,  97, died on Monday, November 18, 2019 in Lake Zurich, IL. She was born on September 4, 1922 in Taylorville, IL the daughter of Elmer and Edna (Wines) Marshall and grew up on a farm just outside of Lowell.

On October 4, 1944 she married Edward Danoski and he preceded her in death in 2001. Surviving members of her family include 2 sons: Daniel (Katie) Danoski of Galesburg and David Danoski of Spring Grove, IL; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a baby girl, Mary Faith; a daughter, Elizabeth Cronen; and a brother, Edwin “Bud” Marshall.

Visit with family and friends on Sunday (Nov. 24) from 2-4 PM at the Betzler Life Story Funeral Home, 6080 Stadium Drive; Kalamazoo (269) 375-2900 where the Rosary will be recited at 4 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday (Nov. 25) at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 939 Charlotte Avenue; Kalamazoo. Burial will be at Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
