Dear Editor,
Last week’s American Red Cross blood drive at the Paw Paw Lions Club was successful.  Maybe not successful in the eyes of the donors who had to wait 1-1/2 to 2 hours, but we did meet our modest goal of 44 pints.  Much appreciation goes to those who waited and donated.
Pictured here is Wendy Sundberg receiving her 12 GALLON recognition pin. Others reaching Gallon levels were Denise Blakely-six gallons, Jonathan Gingrich-five gallons, and Sheila Croy-four gallons. Thanks to all who participated in this successful drive.
The next American Red Cross blood drive in Paw Paw will be at the Kristopher Club (Knights of Columbus hall) on E. Red Arrow Highway on December 11.  Hope you’ll be there.
