Paw Paw’s bowling teams both ended successful regular seasons Saturday. In Wolverine Conference play earlier in the week, the boys took fourth place in the 10-team league, and the girls team came in second.
In the SWMHSBA competition, the girls took second place also. They lost to Otsego, but won a roll-off for second place.
The Redskin boys lost to Portage Northern, 16-14, but defeated Three Rivers for a second place berth.
Top games for the day were  Michael Hiestand for the boys with 213 and 179, and Sierra Dooley of the girls squad with 154-149.
Several Redskin bowlers were honored for their individual prowess and the success of both of their teams this season.  Emily Vanderburg (164 average) and Sierra Dooley (153 average)  both made the All-Conference First Team, while Taryn Welling (131 average) was selected for the Honorable Mention squad.  Vanderburg was also cited for the second two game series with 421.
Michael Hiestand (average 184) and Gavin Engler (average 168) both were chosen for All- Conference Honorable Mention status.
Both teams will be preparing for Regional tourney play this week.
